📋 Terms and Conditions
Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the Guurnet Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Guurnet Affiliate Program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or older to become a partner.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Commission Structure
As an affiliate partner, you will earn commissions based on successful referrals:
Commission Rate: You will receive 35% commission on all purchases made by users you refer to Guurnet.
- Commissions are earned only when referred users make a purchase or upgrade to a paid membership.
- Free signups alone do not generate commissions - purchases are required.
- Commissions are calculated based on the actual payment amount received by Guurnet.
- Refunds or chargebacks may result in commission deductions.
3. Payment Terms
Understanding our payment process:
- Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: You must accumulate at least $50.00 in commissions before you can request a payment.
- Payment Processing: Payment requests are processed within 30 business days of approval.
- Payment Methods: Payments are made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods as specified in your account.
- Payment Information: You must provide accurate banking and payment information. Guurnet is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect information.
- Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for all taxes associated with your commission earnings.
4. Account Activity Requirements
You must generate at least 3 qualified referrals within the first 90 days of joining the affiliate program. Failure to meet this requirement will result in automatic account deactivation.
- A "qualified referral" is a user who signs up through your affiliate link and makes a purchase.
- The 90-day period begins from the date of your affiliate account approval.
- Inactive accounts may be deactivated without prior notice.
- Deactivated accounts forfeit any unpaid commissions below the minimum withdrawal threshold.

7. Affiliate Program Access
🌐 Website-Only Access: The Guurnet Affiliate Program dashboard, promotional materials, and account management features are only available through the website (guurnet.com). The affiliate program is not currently available in the Guurnet mobile apps.
- Dashboard Access: You must use the website to access your affiliate dashboard, view reports, download banners, and request payments.
- App Signups Count: While you cannot access the affiliate program through mobile apps, signups and purchases made by users via the Guurnet mobile apps do count towards your commission as long as they used your affiliate link initially.
- Cross-Platform Tracking: Our tracking system works across all platforms - if a user clicks your affiliate link and later signs up or makes a purchase through the mobile app, you will still receive credit and commission.
- Link Sharing: You can share your affiliate links anywhere (social media, messaging apps, websites), and conversions will be tracked regardless of whether the user completes registration on desktop or mobile.
8. Tracking and Attribution
Our tracking system ensures accurate commission attribution:
- Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate links assigned to your account.
- Cookies are valid for 90 days from the initial click.
- Last-click attribution model is used when multiple affiliate links are involved.
- You are responsible for using your correct affiliate link in all promotional activities.

Guurnet reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
